WARRANTY POLICY
WARRANTY POLICY FOR LECCYGENESIS.com
- Most products carry a Three Years warranty. Exceptions are as follows:
- Defective products are eligible for exchange within the warrantied time.
- Contact our Customer Solution Center to process your exchange.
- Leccy & Genesis will replace defective products within the manufacturer’s warranty on the basis of different products.
- Leccy & Genesis warrants to the original purchaser of this product that the product shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship.
All Other Defective Items:
Defective items to be replaced within 7 days of original ship.
Important: Warranty doesn’t cover resold used products outside of the Leccy & Genesis store.
Product Warranty:
Leccy & Genesis will repair or replace, at its option and free of charge (except for shipping charges for the product) any defective product. Leccy & Genesis reserves the right to discontinue any of its products without notice, and disclaims any limited warranty to repair or replace any such discontinued products. In the event that Leccy & Genesis is unable to repair or replace the product (for example, because it has been discontinued), Leccy & Genesis will offer either a replacement or a exchange toward the purchase of another product from Leccy & Genesis in an amount equal to the purchase price of the product as evidenced on the original purchase receipt as discounted by its natural use.
What Is Not Covered By This Warranty:
No warranties will be honored unless the purchaser provides the product for inspection. No warranties will be honored if Leccy & Genesis determines that the product has been improperly installed, altered in any way, or tampered with.The Leccy & Genesis Product Warranty does not protect against acts of God such as flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, damage due to low-voltage disturbances (i.e. brownouts or sags), non-authorized program, or device modification or alteration.
