- Safety and alarm: Apart from the functional alarm, there are various security alarms for added peace of mind. Tamper alarms are built-in to the door lock that sound if someone attempts to damage or tamper with it. You will also be alerted when the batteries need to be replaced by a low battery reminder. Using the mobile app, you can view the battery status and jumpstart the door lock if the batteries are low. You can do this via the USB port located at the bottom of the door.

Yes, you can unlock this door lock from anywhere at any time using the Smart Life app, provided your lock is connected to your home WiFi.
Is the lock battery operated?
Yes, our locks are operated by 4 AA alkaline batteries. Since it is not dependent on home electricity, it remains fully functional during power outages.
What happens if the batteries die while I am outside?
You can use the physical emergency key or connect a power bank to the external USB-C port at the bottom of the lock to provide temporary power and enter normally.
Can it be fitted to my existing door?
Yes, it can be fitted to both wooden and metal doors with a thickness of 30mm to 35mm. It is designed to replace your old manual lock seamlessly.
What about the warranty?
L&G provides a 3-Year Replacement Warranty on all smart door locks, covering manufacturing and electronic defects.
In which cities is free installation available?
We provide Free Installation PAN India. However, remote outskirt areas may incur a nominal visiting fee based on the situation (T&C Apply).
