SHIPPING DESTINATION

Shipping & Handling Charges:

We provide free shipping to selected locations, and shipping charges for certain locations shall be specified with your order.

Time To Deliver The Product:

The time taken for delivery varies according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered within 10-15 working days once you place the order. In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, we shall cancel the order and notify you regarding the same. In such cases, the refund will be made directly to your account via the same mode through which the payment was made or via cheque.

We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require identity proof for verification.

Please Note:

The recipient needs to keep a photocopy of any of the following nationally approved photo ID proofs handy for receiving the delivery:

  • Pan Card

  • Driving License

  • Passport

  • Voter Identification Card

  • Postal Identification Card (Aadhar)

Cash On Delivery (COD):

Cash on delivery is available for selected Indian PIN Codes. COD is applicable on orders above ₹2000. Shipping charges of ₹350 for COD orders below ₹2000 will be applicable. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are provided at the time of checkout, and customers will be informed before making payments.

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy:

If a customer refuses to accept the product at the time of delivery and the shipment is returned to the origin (RTO), the customer will bear the RTO shipping charges, If the order needs to be re-shipped, the customer will also bear for the shipping charges again.
