Ltd, the Website Smart Automation for Home - Leccy & Genesis deems you to have accepted the Terms and Conditions listed below, including all its revisions, modifications or deletions while the Leccy & Genesis, Website is operational and you are bound by the terms and conditions herein.
Leccy & Genesis reserves the right to make changes to these terms & conditions from time to time without intimation. By usage of the Leccy & Genesis Devices, Website or any facility or service provided by us in any way; or merely browsing on the Website you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
All rights, including copyright, in the Leccy & Genesis Devices and Website and App is owned by Urja Smart Automation Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Leccy & Genesis). Leccy & Genesis is the proprietary trademark of Urja Smart Automation Pvt. Ltd. - ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA -
The usage of the Leccy & Genesis Devices, Website and its services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any Users “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are below the age of eighteen (18) years, you may avail the services provided by Leccy & Genesis through your legal guardian in accordance with the applicable laws. Those who choose to access the Leccy & Genesis Devices, Website from outside India are responsible for compliance with Indian local laws if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.
- SECURITY AND SAFETY:
Leccy & Genesis ensures maximum possible safety and security of all its Devices and Website. Leccy & Genesis Devices adhere to electrical and electronics safety standards as per applicable by industry practices, including and not limited to electrical surge protection, fire retardant enclosures etc. The Leccy & Genesis Website adhere to the ISO 9001:2015 certification obtained by Urja Smart Automation Pvt. Ltd. Personal and non-personal user information are protected under Leccy & Genesis’s applicable privacy policy.
USER’S OBLIGATIONS
a) Subject to compliance with the Terms and conditions, Leccy & Genesis grants you a non-exclusive, limited privilege to access and use the Leccy & Genesis Devices, Website and the services provided therein.
b) You agree to use the Leccy & Genesis Devices, Website and the materials provided therein only for purposes that are permitted by: (a) the Terms of Use; and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
c) You agree to adhere to all limitations on dissemination, use and reproduction of any materials (such as the product catalogues and gallery) that you access on the Website.
d) You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Leccy & Genesis’s website.
e) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account created by you on the Leccy & Genesis Website and responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your computer and mobile device. In case of any unauthorized access or use of your account or other breach of security, you are responsible to immediately notify us at support@urjasmart.com and ensure you log out of each activity session. Leccy & Genesis shall not be responsible for any negligence on your part.
f) That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Leccy & Genesis for redelivery shall be claimed from you and you shall pay such cost.
g) Leccy & Genesis reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time.
h) Leccy & Genesis reserves the right in its sole discretion to review, verify, reject or remove data or content that is available via the Website and App in accordance with its guidelines and the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
i) That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
j) That before placing an order you shall check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation of offer included in the item's description.
k) You are also under an obligation to use the Leccy & Genesis Devices and Website for reasonable and lawful purposes only.
l) You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Leccy & Genesis and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors harmless from all judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, expert witness fees, and costs of litigation arising out of your use of the Leccy & Genesis Devices Website your violation of the Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Ltd. reserves all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content and other materials, which appear on the Leccy & Genesis Devices or Website except where specifically mentioned. Access to the Leccy & Genesis Devices, Website and App does not authorize anyone to use any name, logo or mark in any manner. All materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, written and other materials that are part of the Leccy & Genesis Devices or Website (collectively, the 'Contents') are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Website and App for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You will not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents of the Website and App.
- CREDIT CARD DETAILS
You agree to provide correct and accurate credit/ debit card details to the approved payment gateway for availing Services on the Website. You shall not use the credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in any transaction. You must use your own credit/ debit card. The information provided by you will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit/ debit card details. Leccy & Genesis expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit/ debit card. Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day we send you the formal order confirmation. Leccy & Genesis shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of you/cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by Leccy & Genesis with our acquiring bank from time to time.
- SALES TAX/ VAT
Our prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- DELIVERY SCHEDULE
A tentative delivery time will be given along with the formal order confirmation. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.
Note
Leccy & Genesis reserves the right to accept or decline Cash on Delivery (COD) orders at our sole discretion.
- RESTRICTIONS
Leccy & Genesis reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity/ value of the items purchased by you and such restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Leccy & Genesis reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to any one as it may deem fit.

CANCELLATION BY Leccy & Genesis
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reverted back in your card account. We will seek authorization on your card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured/ charged. If however the same is charged to your card/ bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner. Leccy & Genesis reserves the right to capture/charge your card to the full or partially authorized amount for the concerned order.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY CUSTOMERS -
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to support@urjasmart.com. While we will try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification, once an order has been submitted. Once you have received your online order, if it is the incorrect product or found to be damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for collection. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Leccy & Genesis and accept Leccy & Genesis’s decision regarding the cancellation.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization/special order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. Once the cancellation request is confirmed by the support team then it be processed for the refund process. The refund process will take 5-7 working days.
Once an order for a customized product is confirmed, no refunds, returns, or replacements will be possible.
The product will be made as per the design, text, or customization details provided by the customer. Please double-check all details before placing or confirming the order.

SMART DOOR LOCK INSTALLATION POLICY
- Installation Service Provider:
- The Smart Door Lock installation service is facilitated by a third-party service provider.
- This installation service is currently available exclusively within India.
- Scheduling Installation:
- To initiate the Smart Door Lock installation, customers must schedule an appointment directly with our customer care through phone (8181810654) or WhatsApp (8181810654).
- Installation Timeline:
- Installations will be completed within 2-3 business days in all serviced locations.
- Installation appointments are scheduled exclusively on weekdays (Monday – Friday) between 10 AM and 6 PM.
- Free Installation:
- Installation is provided free of charge across India.
- However, certain outskirt areas may not qualify for free installation, and customers may be required to cover associated costs based on the situation.
- We provide free installation on all smart lock purchases. To avail this, please schedule your installation within the first 7 days of receiving your product.
- Installation Liability:
- The company will not be held liable for any installation errors reported after 24 hours of the installation.
- Reinstallation services will be subject to payment based on the situation.
- Communication Protocol:
- Customers are advised to contact our customer care for any concerns or queries related to the Smart Door Lock installation.
- If clients engage directly with a carpenter without involving the company, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise.
On-Site Service & Technical Support Policy
At Leccy & Genesis, we are committed to providing prompt and efficient support for all products covered under warranty.
1. Remote Technical Assistance
In the event of any product-related issue, customers are required to first contact our Technical Support Team through the official support channels provided on our website.
Our support engineers will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and resolve the issue remotely via telephone call, video call, remote access, photographs, videos, or any other appropriate means.
2. Physical Site Visit
If the issue cannot be resolved through remote troubleshooting and our Technical Support Team determines that an on-site inspection is necessary, Leccy & Genesis may arrange a technician visit to the installation location.
3. Visit Charges
A physical site visit may be chargeable, irrespective of the product's warranty status, depending upon factors including but not limited to:
- Location of the installation site.
- Distance and travel requirements.
- Nature of the issue reported.
- Installation-related concerns not attributable to product manufacturing defects.
- Customer-requested inspections, demonstrations, reconfigurations, or training.
Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer and must be approved prior to scheduling the visit.
4. Warranty Coverage
The product warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures arising under normal usage conditions, subject to the warranty terms specified for the respective product.
The warranty does not automatically include free on-site service, travel expenses, installation support, reinstallation, relocation, configuration changes, or third-party integration assistance unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Non-Warranty Cases
Charges for service visits, repairs, replacement parts, logistics, or labor may apply in cases including but not limited to:
- Improper installation.
- Incorrect wiring or electrical faults.
- Physical damage, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage caused by power fluctuations, water ingress, fire, natural disasters, or external factors.
- Issues arising from third-party devices, software, networking equipment, or integrations.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the installation site for inspection and service activities. Delays or additional costs resulting from restricted access, incomplete installations, or unsafe working conditions may be chargeable.
7. Final Assessment
The determination of whether an issue is covered under warranty shall be made by Leccy & Genesis after technical evaluation. The company's assessment regarding warranty applicability and service requirements shall be final and binding.
All accessories purchased from our Leccy & Genesis come with a comprehensive warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
