RETURN POLICY FOR leccygenesis.com
You can return the product within Seven Days from product delivery for an exchange. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may replace or exchange the unused item(s) in its original condition. This policy states that you must return the bought product in the same condition as the new one, unused and without any damage to its original packaging. The product must not have any damage or use sign, or it may not be returned.
Note:
Curtain Tracks: Please note that there will be no exchange, no return, and no refund for curtain tracks.
Once an order for a customized product is confirmed, no refunds, returns, or replacements will be possible.
The product will be made as per the design, text, or customization details provided by the customer. Please double-check all details before placing or confirming the order.
By placing or Confirming an order, you agree to these terms. Thank you.
Replacement/ Exchange will be processed if:
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession,
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you,
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to us, and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at: 844-77-46047 or, email: support@leccygenesis.com.
We offer exchanges for orders damaged in transit or if you have received incorrect item(s). In case of a damaged package/ incorrect item(s), please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the order along with a photograph of the product. Our support team will enquire about the product via video call. Once your request is approved, our courier partner will collect the product from you. Please note that to be eligible for a return, you must return the item(s) unused within the 7 business days and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.
Replacement shall not be provided if:
- The products are returned in a used or damaged condition.
- The products are faulty or damaged.
- After 3 failed pickup attempts by our respective courier agent.
Or, in case your product is not damaged, and you still want to exchange it. You can get in touch with our customer support and the same process for the exchange will be followed. Your request for the exchange will be confirmed via email and once our team approves your request after a detailed enquiry. Shipping charges may be applied on that particular replacement or exchange shipment. Our courier partner will pick up the product from the delivery address.
No Replacement, No Refund for Burned Products If a product is burned due to any reason, it will not be eligible for replacement or refund. We understand that accidents can happen, and to assist you, we offer repair services. However, please note that repairs for burned products will be chargeable.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process for handling product replacements, we may require as follows
Unboxing Video Requirement: For any claims regarding damaged products, an unboxing video is required. This video should clearly show the condition of the package and the product at the time of opening.
Damage Video Requirement: Any claims for product replacement due to damage must include a video clearly showing the damage to the product. This video must be submitted within the first 7 days of receiving the product. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for replacement.
