Q4: How much pelmet or false-ceiling space do I need for a dual track set?
A: A minimum pelmet width of 6 to 8 inches (150 mm to 200 mm) is recommended to ensure both tracks operate freely without fabric friction between the main drapes and the sheer layer.
Q5: What happens if there is a power outage?
A: The motorized track is equipped with a mechanical override feature, allowing you to open or close your heavy main curtains manually by hand without damaging the motor.
Q6: Are the tracks pre-cut or customizable?
A: Tracks are cut to your precise millimeter requirements at our Chandigarh manufacturing facility prior to dispatch. Complete hardware kits including end caps, dual mounting brackets, and running gliders are included for seamless installation.
