2. What is the maximum curtain weight this motor can handle?
This heavy-duty motor is designed for luxury fabrics and can handle a load of up to 50kg. It is suitable for double-layered blackouts and heavy velvet drapery used in large living rooms.
3. Does this smart curtain system require an external hub or bridge?
No. Our system uses direct 2.4GHz Wi-Fi technology. It connects directly to your home router, allowing you to control it via the mobile app or voice assistants without purchasing extra hardware.
4. How does the "Touch-to-Run" feature work?
If you pull the curtain slightly (about 5cm) by hand, the built-in sensors detect the motion and the motor automatically takes over to finish opening or closing the curtain for you.
5. Is the curtain track length customizable for my window size?
Yes. We provide customizable high-grade aluminum tracks ranging from 2 meters to 6 meters. During the order process, our team confirms your exact window dimensions to ensure a perfect fit.
