Is a Neutral wire required for installation?
Yes. Like all high-quality smart touch switches, a Neutral wire is necessary in the switchboard to power the internal WiFi chip and touch sensors.
Can I control my existing lights, fans, and ACs?
Yes, you can control all standard appliances. For heavy loads like ACs or Geysers, this 12M board includes a dedicated 25A high-power switch.
Connectivity & Voice Control
Do I need a separate Smart Hub or Gateway?
No. These switches connect directly to your home 2.4GHz WiFi network. No expensive additional hubs are required.
Are these compatible with Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Siri?
They work natively with Alexa and Google Assistant. While they don't support HomeKit directly, you can easily use Siri Shortcuts via the Smart Life app to control your home with your iPhone.
How many people can control the switches simultaneously?
