1. Is this just the motor or does it include the track?
This product is the WiFi Smart Motor only. To use it, you will need a compatible L&G Motorized Track. If you don't have a track yet, you can buy the track here.
2. How much weight can this motor pull?
Our high-torque motor is designed for heavy-duty use, supporting a maximum payload of 80kg to 90kg. It easily handles thick blackout curtains and double-layered drapes.
3. Does it require a specialized smart home hub?
No hub is required. The motor connects directly to your 2.4GHz WiFi network. You can control it via the L&G Smart App, Alexa, Google Home, or Siri Shortcuts right out of the box.
4. What is "Touch-to-Run" technology?
It’s a manual trigger feature. If you pull the curtain slightly (about 5cm) by hand, the motor detects the movement and automatically completes the opening or closing for you.
5. Is installation included with the purchase?

6. What happens if there is a power cut?
